The ALL CREW Kickoff is more than just a one-day event—it’s the spark that ignites a whole year of service, leadership, and purpose. This high-energy gathering brings together every bLU CREW chapter for an unforgettable experience of orientation, leadership building, and mission alignment.
For our new members, it’s an opportunity to discover Lucy’s legacy and the inspiring work of the Foundation. For our returning CREW members, it’s a time to reconnect, recharge, and recommit to our shared purpose.
Grounded in the LOVE LIKE LUCY values—Faith, Kindness, Hope, and Love—the day is designed to empower each CREW with the tools to lead intentionally throughout the school year. Together, CREWs will:
Choose a Signature Service Project
Adopt a Safety Awareness Campaign (or both)
Build a clear Action Plan to guide your year
By the end of the day, every CREW will leave with:
A deeper connection to Lucy’s story
A roadmap for making an impact
A powerful call to action
